The membership is open to all bonafide employees of ASA Philippines Foundation, Inc. and ASA Philippines Employees Credit Cooperative management and staff as derived from the APECC By-laws as amended.



requirements





Members shall subscribe at least one hundred (100) shares and pay the value of at least fifty (50) shares upon approval of his/her membership. However, no members shall own or hold more than ten (10%) precent of the total subscribed capital of the Cooperative.


Share Capital Subscription is Five – hundred thousand (Php500,000.00) pesos.
